Ray Ganga has worked for The McBurney Corporation from 1980 to the present with a two year segue to work for Fichtner, a German engineering firm. Ray mainly works on renewable energy projects with a focus on esoteric biomass fuels that typically present interesting challenges in fuel processing, combustion and environmental compliance.  Ray has degrees in Metallurgical Engineering and in History for which he took a ten year hiatus in his industrial career to pursue graduate degrees and then teach.

Ray is Chairman of the International Committee of the Council of Industrial Boiler Owneers (CIBO) and has served on the Board of the Southeastern Energy Society.  He has also authored and presented numerous papers related primarily to biomass combustion at both domestic and international conferences.
