Valerie Bandstra leads renewable fuels projects from inception through start-up of plant operations.  She assists clients in obtaining equity capital through public and private equity offerings, including multi-state offerings.  Valerie also advises clients in corporate governance matters, business and commercial transactions and compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and regulation.
