Welcome & Networking Receptions - $5,000 each

Sponsoring the Welcome Reception (Tuesday, August 1st ) and/or the Networking Reception (Wednesday, August 2nd ) will provide your company with the most visibility to conference attendees.  The receptions are open to all paid registrants and will be held in the Trade Show area immediately following the last speaker of the day.  Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available at both receptions.

Benefits:

Your company will be announced as the reception sponsor at    opening remarks and attendees will be reminded as the conference    breaks for the day.

Sponsor banner will be displayed in prominent location at reception.

Sponsor banner displayed in meeting room.

Receive two (2) free conference registrations.

Entitled to one complimentary exhibitor booth, including the free     conference registration in a superior location

Acknowledged as a sponsor in all promotional materials, including     website and program

Lunch Sponsors ($5,000 each day)

Lunch sponsorship is another prime sponsorship opportunity for your company/organization.  A buffet or brown bag lunch is included in the conference registration fee for each day of the conference.  Lunch will be held in the ballroom. 

Benefits:

Your company will be announced as the lunch sponsor at opening     remarks and attendees will be reminded again as the conference     breaks for lunch.

A video projection of your company’s products/services will be     shown during lunch.

Receive two (2) free conference registrations.

Major Sponsor ($3,000)

Refreshment Break ($1,500 per break)

Two refreshment breaks will be held each day (AM & PM) for all conference registrants in the trade show area, providing your company/organization with a key opportunity to be recognized.

Your company will be announced as the refreshment break sponsor     prior to the break

Entitled to one complimentary exhibitor booth, including the free     conference registration

Acknowledged as a sponsor in all promotional materials, including     website and program
